Customers Online: Unable To Select Contact Person Name at Account Level

You are using Oracle Customers Online to create person contacts.
After having created the person at the party level, you create the person relationships of Type: Other / with Relationship Role "Person Contact" and create a contact on the Customer Account level by picking up the relationship created at Party Level.
Responsibility: Oracle Customers Online Super User
Navigation: Query Party > Click Relationship tab
After you create a Customer Account
Go To: Query the same party
Click the Account tab > Create Account > Create Account Contact
When you click on the Account link, to add this contact at the Customer Account Level, for new customers you are not able to see the Contact Name in the list of values.
Problem is in R12.
No issue in 11i.
Upgrade from 11i to R12.
