Price Book Program Does Not Generate Any Output Document But It Completes Normally (Doc ID 1663686.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Price Book

When attempting to create a price book in PDF format,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Publish_and_Deliver return status E
Publish_and_Deliver return textUnable to create font cache directory: /utlfile/common/ercebs1p/xdofonts/ercebs7d

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Oracle Pricing User, Global
Navigation: Advanced Pricing: Home > (T)Reports
Create Price Book
Click the Create Price Book button.
Select details
Apply
Click the Refresh Data button.
Click the link to Review the Price Book

WHAT DOES WORK

One is able to create the price book in Excel format.
