Symptoms

When configuring ATO components, users are occasionally experiencing an error which stops the processing of orders.  This only occurs when the Profile Option CZ: Generic Configurator UI Type is set to HTML Hierarchical Table instead of Java Applet.

Error Page: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Responsibility,
2. Create a Sales Order which contains a Configurable Item / Model,
3. Click on the Configurator button,
4. Select some Components
5. The unexpected error message is displayed.
