Symptoms

Attempting to create a transaction.
After saving the transaction, the taxes are not calculated.

The transaction is registered to calculate taxes and tax setup was done to calculate taxes.

Transactions created from Order Management are calculating taxes.

Debug log shows error:

LOCATION_id = NULL for the Location Type SHIP_FROM and direct rate was not found for the tax CL VAT CRP1.

Hence the tax is not applicable.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
Create a transaction
Save the transaction
Review transaction lines and observed the taxes are not calculated
