Last updated on JULY 20, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management - Version 6.2.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Multiple Orders (in the range of 50 -100) with various destination/Customer location & with each order having a specific priority and similar drop off routing sequence are planned/Consolidated into multi stop shipments. It is observed that these Order are bulk planned , the system is not consolidating orders considering priorities sequence and multi-stop shipment stop sequence & is not following drop off routing sequence.

It is observed that this issue is happening only when planning huge number of orders. If the same is done with a minimum set of orders say less than 20 or less than 30, then the issue is not observed and consolidation is occurring as expected
