R12.1: RFQ/Quotations Cannot be Searched Correctly When Profile 'MO: Default Operating Unit' Is Set (Doc ID 1663972.1)

When trying to performed a search in the RFQ/Quotation form in other operating unit than the one set at MO: Default Operating Unit profile, selected RFQ or Quotation will not open.

If profile MO: Default Operating Unit is not set issue does not exists.
If before doing the search value from  Operating Unit field is deleted then when pressing on Find icon error 'FRM-40202: Field must be entered' occurs.

Other symptom of the issue will be that when Quotation is searched using CTRL+F11, next error will occur: "APP-PO-14142: get_matching_controls-040: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Profile MO: Default Operating Unit to OU1
2. Go to RFQ and create a new RFQ (Test) in OU=OU2
3. Reopen RFQ form > Operating Unit =OU1
4. Press on Find icon > In the LOV pass value '%' and do the search
5. In the list RFQ. TEST belonging to OU2 is visible
6. Select the RFQ and Press OK
7. RFQ is not opened and form remains blank
