Minisite Is Losing Its Site And Language Contexts After Inactive Session Timeout (Doc ID 1664045.1)

Symptoms

On Test : 12.1.3 version, Session Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Upon Logout, iStore loses previously selected minisite and language; and user gets redirected to site selection page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect user to stay in the same minisite and no change to the language.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access iStore site that allows guest access
    Deeplink: https://<hostname>/OA_HTML/ibeCZzpEntry.jsp?site=RC&language=US (English)
2. Login
3. Leave the session inactive for more than 30 minutes
4. Click on Logout
5. Get the Site selection page in French
