Unable to do Customer Acceptance on Quote (Doc ID 1664054.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Quoting & Negotiation

Issue is random and cannot be reproduced at will.
After Pending Customer acceptance , When attempting to change the status to 'Customer Acceptance' , it shows follow message / error.
Next when clicked on OK message appear 'Failed to customer acceptance; and quote status remain with 'Pending customer acceptance'.
Also cannot use 'Accept / Reject'.

The status of this quote cannot be set to 'Customer Accepted'.
You may update the status to 'Customer Accepted' only when the quote is 'Awaiting Customer Acceptance'
(Accept or Reject).

The issue can NOT be reproduced at will but following steps were performed
1. Enter Quote
2. Change status to 'Customer Acceptance'
