Symptoms
On : 12.2.3 version, Project Definition
When attempting to copy a template to create a new project the following error occurs.
ERROR

API: PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB.COPY_STRUCTURE SQL ERROR MESSAGE: USER DEFINED EXCEPTION.
and in the Project Super User SSWA Screen the error:
1.User-Defined Exception in Package PJI_FM_PLAN_MAINT_T_PVT Procedure MAP_ORG_CAL_INFO
2.User-Defined Exception in Package PJI_FM_PLAN_MAINT Procedure CREATE_PRIMARY_PVT
3.User-Defined Exception in Package PJI_FM_XBS_ACCUM_MAINT Procedure PLAN_CREATE
4.User-Defined Exception in Package pa_fp_copy_from_pkg Procedure copy_wp_budget_versions
5.User-Defined Exception in Package PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB Procedure copy_structures_tasks_bulk
6.User-Defined Exception in Package PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB Procedure Copy_Structure
