Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Core HR - General

When attempting to the Allocate checklists and tasks process
the following error occurs.

 A benmngle caching error has occurred in the routine
ben_person_object.set_per_object.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a new lookup for CHECKLIST_CATEGORY lookup type
2. Created a new Checklist (with no Life Event Reason) using this new Category including 1 task.
  The task has an eligibility profile and an Action URL fto assign a performer.
3. run the Allocate checklists and tasks process. It errors

A PERSON_ID is given in the logfile error but when checking in sqlplus, that PERSON_ID does not exist.
