Symptoms

When attempting to create a new RFQ and save the data , no data get saved and no Request For Quotation number get generated

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Using Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate to Request For Quotation's and Quotations > Request For Quotation's
3. Enter Request For Quotation data
4. Save
