Symptoms
On : 12.2.2 ,
When validating a Solicitation, the following errors occur, even though all the variable on the clauses (on the terms & Conditions) have been provided with a value and we can vew these variable values in the clause preview.
ERROR
-----------------------
Unresolved Internal Variable - Variable has no value.
This issue is specific to 'User Defined Variables' and does not occur for the "System Defined" variables.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Purchasing Super User (or any CML super user responsibility)
2. Create a Solicitation and use Contract Expert to bring in clauses with user defined variables embedded in them.
3. Update Variable values on all the clauses.
