End Customer Location LOV In The Sales Order Screen Hangs

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

In the sales order form (Others tab) the LOV for End Customer Location hangs.
Eventually after 10 minutes of waiting, you have to abort the process.

Expect the LOV for 'End Customer Location' to not hang,

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User
2. Orders, Returns > Sales Order
3. Enter the Sales order header information in the Main tab like Customer details, order type etc.,
4. Others tab > End Customer > End Customer Location > It hangs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the End Customer Location entered for the order.
