Goal

Users cannot complete Mobile Express Receipt from non-WMS (Warehouse Management System) Organization to WMS Organization. The following error occurs:

ERROR
------------
"Create Shipment Header failed"

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to: Whse Mgmt mobile
2. Navigate to: Inbound > Express Receive >Int Ship
3. Scan Shipment Number# and shipped LPN (Licence Plate Number)
4. Get error.
