Symptoms
When attempting to interface any delivery to Inventory, the following error occurs.

INTERFACETRIPSTOP: RESULT OF DSNO SUBMISSION FOR STOP_ID 1003 = ERROR
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Nav->shipping->interfaces->run
2 Run interface trip stop for any delivery
3. ITS completes with warning
4. Review ITS debug log file, see above error.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete interfacing any delivery OM and Inventory. This leaves unprocessed shipping transactions which prevent closure of the current accounting period.
Also, the failure occurred during DSNO processing. The result is an empty DSNO file.
