Part Number LOV Generates Error On Install In HTML Debrief (Doc ID 1665187.1)

On the HTML debrief, When trying to add an Install material line, and clicking on the Part Number LOV, an error stack is generated. The LOV on the "Remove" seems to work without issue.

1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Create Service Request -> Create Task and assign the same to a FS technician
3. Click the Debrief button to open the Debrief html page.
4. In the Material Debrief section, Add a new row in the Install section.
5. Enter the Business process, SAC, Click on the Part number lov and get the above mentioned error.
