Question Marks in eText output, if <FILLER CHARACTER> is More Than 1 Character (Doc ID 1665269.1)

Symptoms

When <FILLER CHARACTER> is set to multiple character strings such as 'JO' to add filler characters, the eText output format is filled with question marks '?'.

When more than one character is used in the <FILLER CHARACTER> it returns the following error in the log file:

Steps
---------
1. Download the seeded IBYDE_B_UK_en.rtf from EBS
2. Edit the file and set the <FILLER CHARACTER> to ‘JO’ in the RTF template and generate the report with eText output format.

    The empty spaces are filled with question marks and above error is returned by template viewer.

3. Edit the file and modify the <FILLER CHARACTER> from ‘JO’ to ‘J’ in the RTF template and generate the report with eText output format.

    The empty spaces are successfully filled with 'J'. (Expected output functionality)

Changes

When <FILLER CHARACTER> is set to multiple character strings such as 'abc', the filler characters in output should be a series of strings of 'abc' instead the filler characters in the output is filled with question marks '?'

The <FILLER BLOCK> was removed from the BYDE_B_UK_en.rtf 120.3.12010000.10
