On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry
R12 Upgrade: Sales Order screen frozen with message "Configurator Processing Please Wait..."
Sales Order screen is frozen with the message "Configurator Processing Please Wait..." when a model item is entered in the SO line and configurator button is clicked.

Enabling the Java console will display the following exception:
java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 400 for URL: <Customer Specific URL in Error>
