On : 12.1.1 version, India OM Localizations

When attempting to run the interface trip stop,
the following error occurs.

Interface Trip stop running into error with the following error message:

API Process_Stop_To_OM failed with an unexpected error
The unexpected error is ORA-20001: APP--20110: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL int

  Unexpected error has occured. Oracle error message is ORA-20001: APP--20110: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("JA"."JAI_OM_WSH_LINES_ALL"."LOCATION_ID")
ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)->India Local Inventory
2. Define Intercompany Transaction flows (between India OU and US OU)
3. Define Intercompany Relations.
4. Define Shipping Networks setup.
5. Create an intercompany sales order transaction.
6. Book and pick release the order.
7. Ship confirm the transaction.
8. Observe that the Interface Trip Stop (ITS) is running into error.

The issue has the following business impact:
1. Shipment stuck and dispatches are stopped because of this issue.
2. Receivables processing is stuck as the system is unable to generate the Customer invoice.
