Last updated on MAY 21, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Advanced Collections - Version 12.2.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

A Date Segment is added to "Global Data Element Context" (Attribute14 with value set as FND_STANDARD_DATE).

Created a Transaction and entered date for the Descriptive Flexfield (DFF). The format was DD/MM/YYYY.

When Invoice is queried from Collections, in the Transactions Tab, the Attribute14 has YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS format. It should be as DD/MM/YYYY.
The same format, in which user has entered, in ARXTWMAI and is displayed in that form.
