When Accessing FTI Via OTM, Certain OBIEE Answer Menus Aren't Visible (Doc ID 1665684.1)

Symptoms

Navigation path:
My Dashboard -> Analysis -> Transportation Intelligence -> Shipment analysis -> Shipment Facts -> Shipment period -> select Year for example.

When trying to access certain menu items such as table properties, format headings, and format values from the results tab, or column properties from the criteria tab, nothing happens.
It should open a new window, but that does not happen.

When accessing OBIEE directly, i.e. not from OTM, this works fine.
