Configured Timecard Layouts
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a new timecard in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), the list of values (LOV) for Expenditure Type does not contain values for PA PO Contingent Workers.
Due to this issue, users cannot Submit Timecards.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Contingent Worker Time and Expense >
2. Time card >
3. Create Timecard
4. LOV for the Type value is coming up without the needed values
