When attempting to terminate employee, the following error occurs:

FRM-40735 ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04098

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using an HRMS Responsibility

2. N: People > Enter and Maintain

3. Click on the Others button

4. Choose End Employment

5. Enter relevant data

6. Save

7. Receive the error
