""Percent of Empty Cost Applied to Previous Shipment" Field is Required on CM Rule Tab of Rate Offering Even Without Defining CM Data (Doc ID 1666015.1)

Reviewing existing Rate Offerings within the Rate Offering Screen CM Rule Data tab you must enter a value in the field "Percent of Empty Cost Applied to Previous Shipment" even though you are not completing a  CM Rule Data Action.

The above action causes confusion is a user do go to that field, then they are stuck and do not know what to enter.

This issue is see with the following STEPS

Contract and Rate Management
Contract Management
Rate Offering

Query within the domain for Rate Offering
Click and Open referenced Rate Offering
Click the TAB CM DATA RULE,
Once you get to this Screen you cannot get out of the screen unless you enter a value for field with the Red * Percent of Empty Cost Applied to Previous Shipment of 0
Or click out of the screen.>
