Symptoms

When a PO Line is cancelled, PO communication is not triggered. In case of header cancellation, PO communication works fine. The issue exists even after applying the following patches:

16880686:R12.PO.B

14254641:R12.PRC_PF.B


Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the PO Line

2. Go to Tools>Cancel

3. PO line is cancelled but no PO communication or POAPPRV workflow is invoked to communicate revised PO for line cancellation (PO Change)
