On : 12.1.2 version, Constrained planning

Pegging from the forecast in a constrained plan stops at a certain level within the supply chain in a Process Enabled (OPM) organization. A process effectivity is present (for the level at which the pegging stops).

The pegging to go to the bottom of the supply chain.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the ASCP Standard Collection, complete refresh and the new Enforce Capacity Constrained plan

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the pegging down the supply chain and so cannot track where the forecast is sourced from and cannot plan properly below the level where the pegging stops
