Can't cancel the split order line using Order Import program

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to cancel split order line using Order Import, get the following error.
This error is occurring only for split order line.
Order Import can cancel the order line which is not split successfully.
l_errmsg User-Defined Exception
L_MSG_DATA=At least one standard or model line with this line number already exists on this order. Please change the line number.
L_MSG_DATA=Nothing can be cancelled on this line
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert required data into the OE_HEADERS_IFACE_ALL, OE_LINES_IFACE_ALL tables to cancel the split order line
2. Run the Order Import concurrent
3. Get the error
