Error ORA-06508 When Trying To Select Location Flexfield in WebADI Asset Additions Integrator (Doc ID 1666721.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, FA Addition

When attempting to select a location flexfield combination that does not exist in the WebADI Asset Additions integrator, the following error occurs although the 'Allow Dynamic Inserts' check box is checked for the Location FF.   The error does not occur if the location already exists. It occurs only when creating a new combination of the location flexfield in WebADI.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the asset additions integrator (N)> Mass Additions > Addition Integrator
2. Prepare the asset data.
3. When trying to select location flexfield combination which does not exist, the below error occurs
 
 Program error: Please inform you support representative that: FLEXFIELDS SERVER-SIDE VALIDATION package reports error:
 call_userval() exception: ORA-06508: Pl/SQL: could not find program unit being called
