FNDWFPR - Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data

Goal

When attempting to purge closed PO approval (POAPPRV) and Requisition approval (REQAPPRV) workflows by running Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data (FNDWFPR) the workflows do not get purged as open POERROR child workflows exist.
