On : 12.2.2 version, Mobile Transactions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When performing a WIP Issue using MSCA, the form does not prompt for Serial Number.
The Item is setup for Serial Tagging at WIP Issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the MSCA form will prompt for serial number.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform WIP issue using MSCA form.
2. See form does not prompt user to enter serial numbers
