Symptoms

Using OE_ORDER_PUB.Procedure Process Order API to create orders in Oracle Complex MRO .
When clicking on Create Shipment Button on the Outside Procsessing Tab of the CRMO Form, the following error is raised:

2) CRMO > OSP Orders-> Outside Pricing > Create Shipment
