Symptoms

During the 11.5.10.2 Upgrade to 12.2 the Following Files Errored: artax.odf and arrcta.odf

Error Message
ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

FAILED: file artax.odf on worker 1.
FAILED: file arrcta.odf on worker 4.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.
