OFCCP Section 503 and VEVRAA Compliance Update Patch Readme for Oracle iRecruitment Release 12.1.x (Doc ID 1667286.1)

Purpose

The US Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (“OFCCP”) has published new regulation covering most government contractors and subcontractors under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Under the Vietnam Era Veteran’s Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (“VEVRAA”).

OFCCP’s Final Section 503 Disability Regulations  and  OFCCP’s Final Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) Regulations impact Oracle iRecruitment product configurations.

The following patch delivers product changes in Oracle iRecruitment to comply with both the Invitation to Disclose Disabilities Form CC 305 and the Invitation to Disclose Veteran Status:

  1. Patch 19587077:R12.IRC.B (iRECRUITMENT EEO, AAP, AND VETS VOLUNTARY DISCLOSE OF DISABILITY REPORTING)

Scope

The information in this note is applicable to Oracle iRecruitment customers who are on Release 12.1 HRMS RUP6 and above.

Prerequisite for Patch 19587077:R12.IRC.B

 Please note that this patch requires the following patch as a prerequisite:

Patch 19587077:R12.IRC.B is applicable on 12.1 HRMS RUP6 and 12.1 HRMS RUP7 (R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.7, Patch 18004477)
