Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Assignment,Term,Pay,ChgMgr,LOA, R12.HR_PF.B.delta.6
When attempting to add in a leave of absence on the same date but the times are not the same, the following error occurs.

This absence overlaps another absence for this employee. Please change absence dates/hours.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self-Service
2. Create absence 1 on AA-BB-CC at 13:00 to 14:00, save.
3. Create absence 2 on AA-BB-CC at 11:00 to 12:00, save.
Note there is no overlap with first absence. This gives a warning message - This absence overlaps another absence for this employee. Please change absence dates/hours.
Verify that there are no overlaps in the time on the same date before applying the recommended patch for 12.1.3 RUP6
