SLA Account Analysis Report (XLAAARPT) doesn't display Beginning Balance (Doc ID 1667393.1)

Account Analysis Report (XLAAARPT)

Symptoms

Running the Subledger Accounting, Account Analysis Report (XLAAARPT) and find that CCIDs that had "Ending Balance for Period" on last months report do not display on the next months as "Beginning Balance for Period".

 

Example:

1.  Run Report with below parameters:

Ledger / Ledger Set ABC_USD_GAAP
Period From JAN-14
Period To JAN-14
Accounting Flexfield From 111.0000.456798
Accounting Flexfield To 111.0000.456798
Balance Type Actual
Encumbrance Type / Budget Name
Include Zero Amount Lines No
Include User Transaction Identifiers No
Include Statistical Amount Lines No
Include Accounts With No Activity No

Ending Balance for Period  JAN-14:       Credit $1500    Debit $1500

 

2.  Run Report with below parameters:

Ledger / Ledger Set ABC_USD_GAAP
Period From FEB-14
Period To FEB-14
Accounting Flexfield From 111.0000.456798
Accounting Flexfield To 111.0000.456798
Balance Type Actual
Encumbrance Type / Budget Name
Include Zero Amount Lines No
Include User Transaction Identifiers No
Include Statistical Amount Lines No
Include Accounts With No Activity No

      No records are displayed

3.  Expect Ending Balance for Period to roll to next period as Beginning Balance for Period.
