Invoices are not generating Tax Lines with Taxware Integration - Regime due to Rate Flow Loader Errors:

The load of this file is returning exceptions - Attached the logs with the exception loading this file.
Error parsing the generated plsql wrapper statement ORA-06550: line 1029, column 16:
PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "DESCRIPTION": invalid identifier
ORA-06550: line 972, column 11:
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
ORA-06550: line 1109, column 16:
PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "DESCRIPTION": invalid identifier
ORA-06550: line 1045, column 11:
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored

After the upgrade to R12, Invoices and Credits that have Canada as the Ship To Address are not generating Tax lines.
You are currently using one Tax Regime that is set up for United States.

Canadian states are not getting the tax lines.

Taxware mentioned you need to set up another Regime for Canada.
Accordingly, you are using the regime CA-Tax, provided with the upgrade.

Taxware requested to load the regime to rate flow by using the loader files - CANVAT_load.sh

Expect the Canadian rates to load successful and tax will be calculated by Taxware for Canada locations

Steps to Reproduce:
Load the Canadian tax rates provided by Taxware
Enter an invoice with Canadian ship to address.
