Symptoms
On Oracle E-Business Suite, 12.1.1 version, On Order Management, Importing an Internal Sales Order for inventory item E89, the following error occurs:

APP-AR-11526: Required Parameter Missing: Transaction Condition Class
WHAT IS WORKING
------------------------------
Other internal sales orders using different inventory items work fine and do not generate any error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Order Management Responsibility
2. Go to Request > Run
3. Run Order Import concurrent program. (OEOIMP module: Order Import)
3. Review the log generated and observed the order import process ends with the error described before.
