Symptoms

When inserting some records with ASSET_ID into FA_MASS_ADDITIONS manually, the following buttons are disabled:

Mass Additions Summary form :
[Split]         - Disable : Grayed out
[Add to Asset]  - Disable : Grayed out
[Merge]         - Disable : Grayed out
[Open]          - Enable
