Paymentech Settlement File Not Showing Level 3 Details (Tax, Product Code and Ship-To Zip Code/Country Code)

Find that the Paymentech settlement file is not showing Level 3 Details (Tax, Product Code and Ship-To Zip Code/Country Code).
The following has been verified:
"Level III" checkbox is ticked on the Payee setup.
The card number falls into one of the ranges in IBY_PCARD_BIN_RANGE.
The receipt is applied to the invoice.
