On : 12.1.3 version, India OM Localizations

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Records are not appearing in India Localized ship confirm screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Records should appear in Ship confirm localized screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Sales order,Pick release and ship confirm the same
2. Query the same in Ship Confirm localized window and the same is not appearing

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create AR Invoice for the same and bill it to customer
