Symptoms

When attempting to submit the Bank Statement Loader
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
SQL*Loader-500: Unable to open file (/var/tmp/xxx.txt)
SQL*Loader-552: insufficient privilege to open file
SQL*Loader-509: System error: Permission denied
SQL*Loader-2026: the load was aborted because SQL Loader cannot continue.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Submit Requests window.

2. Submit the Bank Statement Loader.
