Material Transaction Distributions Form shows Inappropriate Note Message when Scrolling Down (Doc ID 1668095.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Material Transaction Distributions Form

Search transactions from Material Transaction Distributions Form and
move to Type tab and focus on Transaction Source column. Scroll down
and the following NOTE message appears.

The maximum value size for segment xxxxxxx is x.
Truncating value xxxxxxxx to xx.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Perform the following transaction

1.1 Create 10 records of Account receipt
1.2 Create 8 records of WIP component issue

2. Query above records from Material Transaction Distributions Form
3. Move to Type tab and focus on Transaction Source column. Scroll down
    the form
