Symptoms

When attempting to use the Action of Simple Ready to ship from an Order Base Line, the following error occurs.

That one would be able to enter the information, then submit and the Order Release would be generated without error.

 -- Steps
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

1. Created Order Base
2. Navigated to Order Management > Purchase Order > Order Base Line
3. Search for created Order Base Line
4. Select Actions > Simple Ready To Ship
5. Enter a Remark Qualifier and Value
6. Input Release Quantity
7. Click Save and the following error is generated:
