iRecruitment Change Password does not Give Specific Error (Doc ID 1668591.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to change password, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) System Administrator > Security > Users > Query up iRecruitment User Id > Change password > Save

2) iRecruitment External Candidate: Enter User & Password (changed in Step #1)
Change password screen
Current Password:
New Password : <Enter new password>
Confirm New Password:<Enter confirmed password different than New Password>
