Unable To Open Collection Plan Details In Quality Work Bench (Doc ID 1668624.1)

Symptoms

On Application Release 12.1.3 version, Quality Workbench

When attempting to open a plan in work bench by entering the Plan name and click on the Plan an OAF page error is occuring with exception details as below.

This is happening when the information check box is enabled for an element.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the information check box for the element - PAR NUMBER
2. Go to Quality workbench
3. Query up the plan and see that above error occurs
