Symptoms

When attempting to create a bank account in Receivables UI, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Attribute BankPartyid in ExtBankAccountsAM.ExtBankBranchesVO1 is required


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS with Receivables resp
2. Go to Customers
3. Create bank Account
4. Select existing bank and existing branch
5. Apply
