When attempting to execute CMCCOC module: Copy Item Costs Across Organizations
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The interorg cost copy failed because one or more entities used in the source organization are not defined in the target organization.
Cause: The interorg cost copy program requires that all entities used in the source organization
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit CMCCOC module: Copy Item Costs Across Organizations.
