Goal

When creating new transaction source type and transaction type linked to transaction action id =24 "cost update"
and then update the  average cost of items using user defined  source type and transaction type,  costed_flag in mtl_material_transactions  changes to null but the item cost is not changed
When using average cost update standard form and  use the user defined  source type ,it works fine and the item cost is changed
