Symptoms
On 12.1.3 version, Inventory Transactions
When attempting to query an item, query a specific flex structure in the category codes form or query specific category set, the following errors occur.
ERROR

ORA-01722: Invalid Number
FRM-40505: ORACLE error: unable to perform query.
and for category set:
ORA-01722: Invalid number
APP-FND-00756: Cannot find combination CCID= <number> CODE= MCAT SET = <number>
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: inventory / items / master items / query item
2. Navigation: inventory / setup / items / categories / category codes
3. Navigation: inventory / setup / items / categories / category sets
Due to this issue, users cannot access, create or assign category codes for category sets sales, purchasing, inventory.
