Customer has added a new Standard Rate for employer cost with Activity Type "Self Service Display". These are rates to view only as part of open enrollment.
The Standard Rates have been maked with Display on Enrollment and a Display Order Number has been specified in Self Service Display Order.
Why are zeros shown for these employer costs min Self-Service?
Other pre-tax and post tax rates display correctly.
